143 & Company is a collective of active, credentialed professionals — low startup cost, low risk, and no commercial lease required. Every member completes a brief application so we can ensure the right fit — for you and for the collective. Membership keeps the quality high and the community trusted.
Active LLC
You hold current, certified credentials to operate your business. This is a space for working professionals.
Card on File
Monthly membership is billed automatically. Clean, simple — no invoices to chase, no late fees.
Private Access
Your access code is yours — and your clients' too. They check in at the front and wait comfortably in the waiting room while you prep your space for service.
30-Day Minimum
Start with one month. Stay month-to-month. Cancel or change plans with 3 weeks' notice — low risk, no long-term lease.
Business Insurance
Active general liability coverage is required to operate your business here. It protects you, your clients, and the collective.

How it works.
Can I switch plans after I join?+
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at the end of any monthly cycle. Your new rate applies to the next billing period.
What happens if I run out of blocks?+
Professional and Business members can add blocks at a discounted rate. Flex members simply book another block at the standard rate. No limits on how many you can add.
Is there a setup fee?+
No. Your first month's membership is all you pay to start. No deposits, no initiation fees.
Can I share my access code?+
Yes — a code is given for you and your customers. Your clients check in at the front and wait in the waiting room while you prep. A private, safe environment is created for everyone inside the collective.
Do I need an LLC to join?+
Yes. 143 & Company is a collective of credentialed, active business owners. You need current certification or LLC documentation to apply. This keeps the quality of the community high.
What's the cancellation policy?+
